Fingerprint Friday - Introducing...

Everett Abraham, our beautiful new grandson, born on Wednesday ... 7 lbs. 8 oz. and 21" long. Thanks be to God for a perfect and healthy baby.

Everett is my daughter-in-law's middle name after her grandpa, and Abraham is in memory of my maternal grandfather which makes me very happy.

They live about five hours away. We will meet him soon. Can't wait to hold him! (More pictures below.)

Children's children are a crown to the aged, and parents are the pride of their children. ~ Proverbs 17:6

There is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman that says:
I can see the fingerprints of God
When I look at you
I can see the fingerprints of God
And I know it's true
You're a masterpiece
That all creation quietly applauds
And you're covered with the fingerprints of God

So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints. Is it in nature? Kids? Animals? Where do you see them? To find out how to join "Fingerprint Friday" and see links to other posts, visit Beki at The Rusted Chain.

Oh my! He is simply beautiful and what a beautiful name too! I love when parents are thoughtful about the names of their children and their roots. I am sure you ARE excited! I hope you get there to hold him very soon! Blessings! Vicki♥
