Fingerprint Friday

There is a song by Steven Curtis Chapman that says:
I can see the fingerprints of God
When I look at you
I can see the fingerprints of God
And I know it's true
You're a masterpiece
That all creation quietly applauds
And you're covered with the fingerprints of God

Steven Curtis Chapman's family suffered a tragic loss this week when their 5 year old daughter, Maria, died as she was accidentally hit as she ran into the path of the SUV driven by her older brother in their driveway. Maria is the one in her daddy's lap in the photo.

I cannot begin to imagine what the Chapman family is going through. I pray for the son who must be feeling agonizing guilt, that God will help him to find peace. Here is an angel for Maria, and I'm asking God to put his angels around the Chapman family and help them during this time of grief.

What a precious angel, Judith!

I know God is true and will take care of this family. I can't begin to imagine their grief and sadness. Steven himself has written so many amazing lyrics that I hope will help bring him peace. "His strength is perfect when our strength is gone. He'll carry us when we can't carry on." and "God is God and I am not. I can only see a part of the picture he's painting."

Thank you for participating in Fingerprint Friday!

Beautiful little angel..something close to my heart..
It is sometimes hard to understand the ways of this earth..I have to keep telling myself, that is what "Faith" is all about.

You are so compasionate and kind. Caring of others...that is what I like about you. I can see it in your work and feel it when I wear it. (And I have a lot of it to wear!)
I still have not worn my believe pin, I am saving it for golf day. Go Here: http://autismopen.blogspot.com/ I did the artwork and the blog for this group doing a golf outing in Wisconsin just a few days after my event. I am using the song playing on it "Believe" in a video I am producing and showing at the golf outing. :) I'll be sure to put it on line later after the event. :)

Believe is my favorite word. And I believe we are all called home when its time and as hard as it is to endure, there is a reason that we do not always see right away. We just have to believe.
