Here's your chance to stock up on holiday ornaments!

My next craft sale is the Patchwork Crafters Show on November 9 and 10 at St. Timothy's Methodist Church in Brevard, NC. Stop by if you're in the area!

Christmas ornaments are for sale in my etsy shop! These make great gifts. The angels can be used two different ways. Each has a pinback so you can wear them on your jacket or sweater, or you can tie a ribbon through the halo and hang them on your tree. The Santas have embossing powder sprinkles which make them look like sugar cookies!

Featured Artist - Mimpy

I'd like to introduce Mimpy of Langlois, Oregon, who has just opened her etsy shop with some gorgeous and fun items! I met Mimpy through Flickr and want to share her wares with you. She will be listing more soon.

Pictured above is a sampling of Mimpy's art, note card reproductions of original watercolor paintings. All art featured in Oregon galleries. Blank inside with envelopes and packaged in clear cellophane envelope. $10 per pack (assortment of 5) plus shipping.

Next, we have art to hang. You can have pretty flowers to look at all year round in this 5 x 7 beauty. The flowers are locally grown in Oregon, hand pressed, enhanced with watercolors and mounted to cardboard. Small mat included. Each item is unique. $9.50 each plus shipping.

Next is a "homegrown" greeting card featuring handmade paper, local plants, cotton and unbleached paper scraps. Flowers are raised and pressed by artist. Watercolors are used to enhance the flowers. Each card includes matching envelope and protective clear cellophane wrapping. $5.50 each plus shipping.

And, to tickle your funny bone, Mimpy offers this "Ewenique Sheep Puns Book," which she has illustrated, written and published. She says she has sold many of these in her hometown and it's in the 4th printing.

It features 24 pages of original illustrated puns in a 4 3/8 wide by 3 1/2 tall hand stapled book. Pages feature black ink on white; cover is on light blue stock. Includes glossary on back cover for the "sheep deprived." $5 each plus shipping.

It's so much fun to bend the clay to make the ghosts' mouths and I never know how they will turn out. Each one has its own personality!
